Questions
How does Chem-Dry's cleaning method differ from steam cleaning?
Our Hot Carbonating Extraction uses 80% less water than steam cleaning, dries faster, and removes more allergens through carbonation rather than high-pressure steam.
Can you remove pet urine odors that have been lingering for years?
Yes, our P.U.R.T. treatment permanently eliminates pet urine odors at the molecular level, even in severe cases with subfloor penetration.
Are your cleaning solutions safe for children and pets?
Our primary cleaner The Natural contains no soaps, phosphates, or VOCs, making it safe for families and pets when used as directed.
How often should carpets be professionally cleaned?
The EPA recommends professional cleaning every 12-18 months, though households with pets or allergies may benefit from more frequent service.
Do you offer any protection plans after cleaning?
We provide stain-resistant protectants and deodorizers as part of our premium packages to extend cleanliness between professional cleanings.
What areas do you service?
We serve Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley, and surrounding Northern Colorado communities within a 30-mile radius of our Conestoga Ct location.

Jake did a great job. He explained everything before he started, gave me an initial cost and told me what would make it higher. He did an excellent job and was very thorough. Very great customer care.

Ever since they totally restored a dismal carpet, which I had previously had cleaned by others, I have never used anyone else. The Earth-and people friendly chemicals that they use, PLUS their superior labor do a great job. I highly recommend this company to anyone!

We have three pets, two cats and a dog, who have all at different times urinated in the house. Weve cleaned it up ourselves over the years with varying degrees of success but the recent soaking of two antique chairs was beyond our skills or patience. This team saved the chairs (and probably the cats life!). They also cleaned two carpets that had been repeatedly soiled and now look brand-new. Highly recommend.

Carson was very thoughtful and understanding of our unique situation cleaning a large (9 X 11) area rug. It was also helpful to have him treat it in our garage due to the weight (much more convenient than dropping it off ourselves at a cleaning shop).
