We focus on delivering honest service, great value, and top-tier workmanship to ensure our clients receive the best care possible. Thats why weve become a favorite among homeowners in the area.
Pipe Bursting
At Positive Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning, we provide professional pipe bursting services to replace corroded or broken underground pipes. Whether it's a sewer, water, or natural gas line, our team is equipped to handle it. This method also offers the advantage of upgrading your pipes to larger sizes for better capacity. The service cost depends on how deep and long the damaged pipes are. We strive to deliver affordable solutions in Irvine, CA.
Pipe Lining
Pipe lining is the answer when you need to repair corroded pipes or water leaks. This method involves inserting a new pipe within the old one to restore its function. Its a cost-effective solution thats less disruptive than replacing the entire pipe. Pipe lining helps extend the lifespan of your plumbing and minimizes damage to your property. For reliable pipe lining services in Irvine, call Positive Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning.
Plumbing Inspection Services
Taking care of home maintenance can feel like a never-ending task, but plumbing is one thing you shouldnt ignore. Regular plumbing inspections and preventative actions are essential for your systems long-term health. Positive Plumbing Heating and Air has certified plumbing professionals who can help you when you need it most. Our team will spot issues that you might overlook while trying to handle things yourself.
Repiping Services
Instead of continuously fixing leaks, consider repiping, which can be more affordable in the long run. Repiping a home typically costs less than expected. If the leaks are only in one section, a partial repipe may be enough. For widespread leaks, a full repipe could be the most cost-effective option.
Sewer Cleaning Services
When your plumbing goes wrong whether its a clogged sink, a toilet that wont work, or a shower that wont drain you need quick, reliable service. Positive Plumbing and Heating is here for you. With years of experience, our team is ready to handle any sewer issue you might face. We provide top-quality service at reasonable rates in Irvine and surrounding areas. Call us anytime, even on weekends or holidays, and well make sure your plumbing is up and running in no time.
Slab Leaks
If you're seeing higher water bills along with damp floors, it could mean you have a slab leak. Slab leaks are caused by the failure or wear and tear of water pipes running beneath the concrete foundation of your home. This allows water to seep out and cause damage to the surrounding soil, foundation, and structure. Left unchecked, this can lead to cracks in your floors and walls and potentially even the collapse of parts of your home. Common areas where slab leaks occur are beneath the sink, shower, or toilet.
Tankless Water Heater Services
With Positive Plumbing, Heating, & Air, you can enjoy hot water on demand with our expert tankless water heater installation services. A tankless system is just as vital as electricity and heating in your home. Our honest and efficient team ensures your needs are met with the best services available. Serving Irvine and nearby areas, we provide top-quality tankless water heater installations at affordable prices. Trust us as your leading heating services provider in Irvine.
Toilet Installation
A toilet is a fundamental part of any home, and its impossible to picture life without one. No matter what size or type of house you have, a toilet is an absolute necessity. While there are plenty of DIY guides out there, having a professional plumber handle the installation is the best choice. They can help you choose the right toilet and ensure its installed perfectly, avoiding any leaks or damage. At Positive Plumbing, Heating, and Air, we provide affordable and quick toilet installation in Irvine, CA.

I got a new HEAT PUMP installed in my Garage ADU UNIT. Alex helped me understand what kind of system best suits the space and the best location and access too. I enquired the same with at least 10 companies and everyone were really expensive and didnt have a firm response. Alex finished the job in two days and made sure I am happy with the service before he sent me the invoice. Glad I found a good guy who keeps his word in this current era. 100% Recommend.

Our heater at our home was not operating well. I found Alex through my business partner Cubie. So grateful to work with trusted referrals. Alex was responsive, efficient, fast, and kind. Alex was able to come right away & discovered what needed to be fixed. We scheduled our next appointment & Alex did a phenomenal job. He even helped my mom with her new air filter. We will be calling him again in the future for annual maintenance check ups for the AC & Heater! Call Alex he is the BEST professional & Trustworthy. We are so happy we went through Positive Plumbing Heating and Air!

My water heater sprung a major leak, and despite my frantic attempts to reach a plumber, no one seemed to be picking up the phone. Then, like a guardian angel, Alex from Positive Plumbing answered my call. He made his way to my residence in Irvine, effectively preventing a potential flood situation. Remarkably, within a mere couple of hours, he not only put a stop to the leak but also managed to install a brand new water heater just in time for a family gathering.

These guys really came through when needed. Alex responded really quickly and the communication was great. Sent a tech next morning which had a pleasure to meet his name Rodrigo. He was really helpful and explaining what was the issue. We had major leak issue because of our AC unit backflow and Rodrigo immediately told me what was wrong. Took care of it and the price was very reasonable for the work that was done. Thanks guys! saved us major damages in the future.

Finding a reliable HVAC company is not easy. Most will upsell their service and have you pay a service that you don't need it yet. Therefore, having known an HVAC company that actually know what they are doing and care about the problem is very rare and definitely is a keeper

I wanted to replace my old thermostats which were installed by the previous homeowners. From talking to the thermostat manufacturer, they were potentially tied to the security system which I was unable to uninstall. I was able to schedule Alex the same morning I spoke with him and he replaced the thermostats and even painted over the white patches the old units left. He waited for me to verify both thermostats work and answered all my questions. Thanks!

Best AC company we have ever had. We got a quote from Alex to replace our old HVAC system. Their price is super competitive and it shows that their focus is to help people rather than maximizing profits. They came the next business day on time - Ive heard other companies wont even talk to you until a few months away. They prep the area neat and clean. They finish the job well and did everything by the code.

They didn't try to sell you something that you don't need, which is a big deal for us due to bad experience we had when we worked with other HVAC company. A true honest and professional company. Two thumbs up!
