The end product is fine, however scope of work and what I feel I was told and paid for didn't happen. Was told the trim would be power washed due to paint not sticking to dirt and that did not happen. I also picked up the paint scrappings/chips left on ground and patio.

I couldnt be happier with the experience I had working with That 1 Painter! Nick and Kyle were greatthey worked so hard and ensured everything was completed to our standards before closing out the job, including multiple walkthrough and coming back for extra touch ups and clean up. The whole team was professional, friendly, and committed to ensuring every detail was perfect before wrapping up the job.
They left my home looking flawless, and their dedication truly exceeded my expectations. The best part is having 3 years of touch ups included for anything that we might have missed or needs a little extra attention. If youre looking for a painting company that takes pride in their work and delivers exceptional results, I cant recommend them enough!

We recently purchased a home that was absolutely perfect for us but was in dire need of a new exterior paint job. We ended up hiring that 1 painter and boy was it one of the best decisions that we made in regards to our new home. They were extraordinarily efficient and got the job done within the time frame that we wanted. We dealt directly with the owner and he was incredibly kind, professional, and personable. His entire team was fantastic and I couldnt imagine anybody going with a different company. If the need for another paint job ever arises we will give them our business without hesitation.

Nick and Kyle and team was freaking awesome to work with even after the work was done. Kyle sent the team back out to fix something I was good with because he thought it needed a little more touch up
