Wow, Had a huge flood recently in an upstairs apartment building. The two inches of water in the upstairs was nothing compared to the amount of water that literally destroyed the downstairs unit. Orange Restoration was out there with in 20 minutes of phone call. They new exactly how to handle the situation. They began extracting the water set up dryers and dehumidifiers right away. They met with and discussed damage with insurance estimator and proceeded to get these 2 units back to normal. My advise to anyone in this situation is let the pro's handle it. I spoke with Dean. He came out and inspected the job right away and worked with my insurance company to get me a proper quote and payment for the job. They were very respectful of my home and did their best by laying down paper and plastic to protect everything to keep it clean. A small problem did occur with the paint.
