Amazing! Cant recommend highly enough. Called when en route. Showed up on time. Assessed the situation quickly and didnt try to hard sell. They removed ripples from the carpet that were a trip and fall hazard for my mom then cleaned the carpet beautifully. I was so happy with the first room that I asked them to do another and then another. Stains that others said they couldnt remove are gone. Friendly, professional, and clearly know what they are doing. Very happy!

I had to have my carpets repaired and restreached after having replaced my condominium windows with high impact windows. Word of Mouth responded the same day that I contacted them for a quote which enabled me to compare quotes which I awarded to them a few days later. When contacting Laura at W of M to award the job, she scheduled me for the next day . Greg and Matt showed up on time, performed the job in 2 hours. I am very satisfied with the outcome, professionalism and efficiency of the company and employees .
