my 35-year-old heater finally died. I called Bill. He came out. Gave me a quote for a replacement unit and all new ducts. we scheduled the date and everything was installed in one day. Everything works perfectly. I am saving money on my electricity and gas bills. I recommend this company.

My review for Bill and Cool AirTech is long overdue. This year marks 20 years that we have been a customer. Bill and his guys have serviced two homes for us and we have always experienced attentive and honest customer service. I called and when Trish answered, I knew I wanted them to help me. Her husband, Bill and his right-hand man, Larry, came out to our house within the hour, diagnosed my leaking AC and found the drainage buried in the ground. They cleared it and told me what I needed to do to avoid this issue in the future. They also replaced my dying thermostat on the spot. They were available for me at the perfect time, great to work with, easy-going and professional. I found my new AC company. These guys are the best. Thank you, Cool Air Technologies!

In the middle of a horrible heat wave my upstairs air conditioner broke on a Thursday early evening. I called Cool Air Technologies on Friday morning, left a message and Trish called me back within a half hour, they had a cancellation on Saturday and Bill & Johnathan were here at the time specified. Air conditioner fixed quickly, did maintenance on both units! This is the only company I will use for my air conditioner/hvac units. Thank you Trish & Bill for being there for me once again!

If every repair and maintenance company were as good as these people, it would be a better world. I've used them on two occasions for different problems with my HVAC system. They were very thorough in searching for the causes of the trouble, and they were able to correct the problems in short order, even though these were not simple issues. They showed me steps I could take to prevent recurrences and to improve the operation of my system. At no point did they try to push for extra, unneeded services. Simply the best!

I called Cool Air technologies Sat and talk to the owners wife who explained it's just her and her husband Bill who have the business. Bill came out with his assistant within an hour and fixed my A/C. He test it and it was low on Freon. He explained that since my A/C was an older model that it needed R22 Freon which is being outlawed in CA in the new future. The cost was $400.00 for adding 2 pounds of R22 Freon which is the going cost.
I would recommend Bill and his wife's company Cool Air Technologies because they give you a fair price and don't try to upsell you anything. They came out that same day and it was a labor day weekend when all the other companies couldn't come out for a week.

From my initial call to completing the service this company was top notch! This company is exactly why I prefer to work with small business over large corporations. Trust is important and I feel that they are honest and didnt upsell on items that were not needed. The serviceman had parts with him and completed the repair in one visit!! My air conditioner is working better than it has in years!

The entire Cool Air Technologies team was professional and easy to work with. The install team took excellent care of my home and worked tirelessly throughout a very hot day. They wore masks, gloves, and booties (when able to) which was very important to my household. Bill provided excellent guidance throughout the process. When the job was finished our home was clean and most importantly much cooler!

Cool Air Tech of Tustin provided an excellent experience installing our A/C system. The price was fair the work done exceeded the contract as additional services were needed---at no extra cost. Bill the owner walked me through what needed to be done, the new equipment and the scope of the installation work. The install team was professional--right on time--and performed the work quickly and efficiently with a minimum of disruption to my home (including my finicky busybody dog.) These guys are terrific! They did a complete HVAC replacement for our home a couple of years ago at very competitive prices and did a fantastic job. This week we thought our thermostat "died" when the screen went dark. We were sure it needed replacing, but instead of coming our and charging us for a service call, Bill took the time to walk us through the "reset" process by phone. THANKS AGAIN!

Extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. Diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed it efficiently and then took the time to review that system working in all parts of house, spoke with us about system use and set up, and found a problem that no one else had spotted and fixed it.
