I know that people often leave a five star review to make things easy, but my experience with Linda and her team was truly excellent. I received near daily updates and clear instructions up until the notice that we were clear to close. She did her best to avoid redundant document submissions common in the mortgage approval process and appeared to seamlessly coordinate with the multiple individuals involved to secure a rapid refinance mortgage for me.

I have zero complaints: closed in ten days and caught the dip in mortgage rates thanks in large part to her motivation to get me the best deal. The super nice goody bag they provided me at closing was such a nice touch, too; I was treated just as important even though I was refinancing. Thank you!

Linda did an amazing job! We went under contract on December,10th on a VA contract. It was important to the buyers to close as soon as possible.
