I called Ken at Infinity heating about 9:30 today and Matt,
the Service man was at my door at 11:00am. He took the furnace apart and checked it for problems and change one part and put everything back together like he was never there. I love Ken's Infinity, they have always quickly came to my rescue. If you want excellent service, I highly recommend Ken's Infinity heating and air.

Matt and RJ (?) came out, last Thursday and were so thorough! Very pleased with the service we received and the friendliness, promptness, and professionalism they both had. We've actually had an issue with our Outdoor fireplace not working, for about a year, and my husband happened to mention to Matt. He told my husband he could look at it when they were here. Within about 10 - 15 mins, Matt figured out the issue and actually had the part, that wasn't working, on the truck and he fixed it right away! We are very pleased with the service we received from Matt and RJ! We will definitely be using Infinity again (especially if Matt and RJ are still working for them)!

Our furnace started making a weird noise. They came out and looked at it and cleaned a couple spots and been working good since. They answer and return calls to stay in touch with you.

Our heat pump quit working quite noisily on one of the hottest afternoons this year. Called the next morning and Matt showed up that afternoon to repair and get our house cooled down. Without the AC our house was over 80 degrees, and now it is cooling back down to 70. Thank you Infinity!

We have used Infinity since 2016 for our heater service. Recently our water heater started leaking and out of 3 quotes they were the best. They were on time and left the area where the water heater was better than they found it. We also asked for a quote on getting a.c. installed and got it the same day. Great service and good people.
