Our drivers were excellent. Once they arrived, they were efficient, careful and polite. They were late for the assigned pick up window; however, once they contacted me about the delay and arrival, they were exceptional. I highly recommend Black Dog Junk. NP

I will definitely call these guys again! Tyler and Cormac were polite and very professional. Their manner and their truck were impeccable. After loading everything, Tyler finalized my quote and explained the process to me. They were even kind enough to help me remove a few boxes stored on top of a cabinet. They made my day!

These guys are great! From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations in every way. The booking process was seamless and provided a clear estimate upfront. On moving day, they were running a little late from earlier job but communicated with me and provided an updated arrival time. They were incredibly efficient, careful, and respectful of my belongings. They definitely went the extra mile! What really stood out was their positive attitude and professionalism throughout the entire process.

They moved the ugliest, heaviest, pull-out loveseat couch ever created out of my small house without complaint. Literally, this couch had a face only a mother could love. Our friends didn't want to help because they've already moved this couch more than once and they know how heavy and ruthless it is to move out of a tight space. 10/10 recommend!
