C-Kings is a young, ambitious company with very likable leadership confident enough to take on a big challenge like my home (built in 1929) with 2 large areas of earthen crawlspace complicating more than half my basement & garage. Because they guarantee desired reductions in moisture after encapsulation & safe levels of radon gas after depressurization mitigation, I hired them when a larger, well-known company would not guarantee desired results. Happily The Kings were able to deliver. Thats why they call themselves The Kings & why I give them 5 stars for achieving guaranteed results & also for being so responsive to my requests & concerns throughout this challenging process. They care & they deliver!

We had our HVAC returns and vents, + dryer outside vents cleaned by Pj.
Pj arrived on time, provided great communication, he was honest with us about progression and what to expect and when things weren't going as planned he made no excuses and came to us immediately, which is to be greatly respected. PJ had integrity, didnt cut corners and was honest with us. He did a complete and thorough job all while being respectful of our time and our property. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend if you want a company with integrity, which is rare in the world we live in today.

Worked with Tyler & Tanner on two separate properties for Radon testing and installation of evacuation system. On one location the levels were over 15%, after they finished installation, our levels dropped to 0.98%! Thats getting it done! They were always on time, polite and courteous. What stuck out the most, was their honesty. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. They are knowledgeable and helpful and do great work. Hire these guys, they are the best in the business.

Over the last year, I have had 4 different companies come out to give me a estimate on fixing our crawlspace. Needless to say they were outrageous on the price and what we actually needed. My last call was to the Crawlspace Kings. I am so happy we chose them. Very professional, friendly, and no extravagant plans. The best price I have found for encapsulation, french drain, and supports for under our house. Thank you so much my crawlspace headache is over!!! They are literally the BEST!!!

My company hired The Crawlspace Kings for a radon test, with short notice and a tight deadline. Tyler and Tanner went above and beyond to get us the results within that timeline, and I can't recommend them enough!

I called Crawl Space Kings to take a look at cleaning up my crawl space. The old plastic was falling apart and was a real eyesore whenever I had to go in there! There was also water marks in lower corner. Tanner and Tyler took their time getting all the measurements and pictures they needed to explain what they found and what they could do to help my situation. The new moisture barrier looks great and the whiteness really brightens things up. They also installed a sump pump and piping to help with the water pooling.
Im very satisfied with the guys and would recommend them to anyone!
