We had met with several contractors and from the minute we met with Mark we knew we were going to have an excellent outcome for the remodel of our home. He was professional, knowledgeable and offered design ideas we had not even thought of. He kept us informed from start to finish which moved smoothly and without any problems. His crew, which mainly included Andy and Peter, were skillful and highly qualified in the installation of the Hardy board and windows. We could not be happier with the outcome of our beautiful home. We would highly recommend Smardbuild

Marek and the Smardbuild team did a beautiful job on our siding project! We replaced our 36 year old cedar siding with James Hardie plank siding. New soffits, fascias, frieze boards and gutters were also part of the work. Their attention to detail exceeded our expectations. Unlike some other contractors we interviewed, Marek followed the James Hardie specs with care, precision and no unapproved substitutions. Even in the winter, the job was done in a careful, timely manner. We highly recommend Smardbuild!

After researching for weeks for companies who replace siding for the house we have just bought and we have stumbled across Smardbuild, since they were local we were willing to give them a try. The first meeting with Mark was brief, he came up with an estimate that was well within out budget and explained to us what the process will look like, I must say I was a bit skeptical about stripping the old siding to install new (we went with fiber cement siding) and the outcome was fantastic! Couldn't have been happier ! Thank you Smardbuild!

We hired Marek and his team to replace all the siding with James Hardie siding. They did a superb job. I can't say enough good things about them. They communicated well, showed up when they said and worked extremely hard and efficiently. The project was completed on time and within budget. The workers were very courteous, cleaned up after themselves, and took time to ask and answer questions on various aspects as the work progressed.
Even though we had a couple of unexpected issues (can be expected on a job this size), they were handled immediately and professionally. The house looks fantastic and we couldn't be happier with the results. The attention to detail is amazing. I hope to work with Marek and the team again on another project soon. Finding a reliable contractor who does good work, takes pride in their work, shows up and does what they say is something becoming increasingly rare in this day and age. Thanks Marek and team...keep up the excellent work!

Once we had decided on using James Hardie siding for our home we began getting quotes from several contractors. When Mark came to talk to us, he explained in detail what needed to be done and why. His concern for detail impressed us. We had seen a home that he was presently working on and talked to the owner. We were given a very positive review for Mark and his team. Marks team was very respectful of us and our property.
Anything we were concerned about they addressed. We could not be happier with the work that Mark and his team did. We have received a thumbs up from people driving by. You can not go wrong having Mark and his team side your house.

We had Smardbuild previously install Hardie siding with stone accents and some patio construction so we already knew they are superb craftsmen with a wide range of skills. We consulted with Marek and spent some time planning how to update our hall bathroom into a modern and useful bathroom for us and guests. Because of Mareks contacts and expertise we have a wonderful design. Then Smardbuild added some extra features!
We love the lighting, the heated floor, the usefulness and ambiance! They also upgraded the trim and doors in the hallway; now the doors fit correctly and the whole hallway looks new. Note that all of this kind of work will be dusty. The remodel crew was clean and careful; the final cleaning crew were superb - we never found any dust! We are over the moon happy!

We had our ancient siding replaced by Smardbuild and could not have had a more pleasurable experience! Price was competitive, but the workmanship and the crew were the best. They picked up all the debris each and every night when they left, leaving our yard almost cleaner than when they started.
Marek answer all our questions about the different kinds of siding and how the installation of our Hardie board would be done. None of the other siding companies we requested quotes from gave us as much information as Marek.
We'll definately be using Marek next time we have any thing done to our house!
