Great service. This company is super helpful. I had questions about a bed frame and it's compatibility with an adjustable bed. The specs were not clear. The customer service department was very thurough in helping me to find the necessary information. Thank you!!!

We placed an order on Tuesday and it was delivered Friday morning without any issues. Since we live in Oregon, we expected at least a week or two before delivery. The driver was pleasant, the furniture is exactly what we expected and the price was unbeatable. What an all round GREAT experience!

We spend hours looking online and in person trying to find the right fabric, price, quality, and size couch for our home. We finally found what we likes at Living Spaces but we weren't at all happy with the pricing, customer service or the insurance they provide. Luckily we came across a FB AD for Ornate Furniture. Omar helped us immediately, he was not pushy, let us walk around, test drive a few couches and then came back to ask if we had any questions.
By that time we did and he was accommodating , had all the answers and more importantly didn't try to sell us. He was smart, comedic, and very very nice. Not only did we find the correct size couch, it was the color we wanted, style and fabric. They gave us the Black Friday discount and threw in a free outdoor patio rug. If you are looking for furniture, stop going to these nation wide stores and to go Orante Furniture. Ask for OMAR!

Ornate Home is great! Our salesperson was Nina and she really took care of us. Bought Ashley furniture cheaper than Ashley Home store close by and it delivered in two days. They also had European style furniture from Turkey.

The store's strength is the variety of styles and brands and the knowledgeable staff and owners. I worked with Ozzie and Nevin, who took from my reactions in self-directed browsing what I should be shown. Of four stores visited the first shopping day this was I only I came back a second time. They are new opening this store and they have really good soft opening deals
