Brent Allen Automotive

Recently took my Ford Escape in to have the brakes checked out. I highly recommend this place for brake repair in Logan UT! Many other auto repair shops feel like a high pressure environment to invest in unnecessary repairs and are so common for getting the runaround with confusing jargon. The team at Brent Allen Automotive was super easy to work with, explained things very clearly, and asked for my approval before any repair happened.

Definitely will be bringing my car back in for future auto repair needs. If youre in Cache Valley and need brake repair, wheel alignment, auto ac repair, or just an oil change, go visit their shop in North Logan! Youll be glad you did.

Had to get emissions tests for three vehicles over the course of a couple weeks. Went in midday each time, and each time they got me right in and back out the door within 15 minutes. Always been happy with my service at Brent Allen.

The team at Brent Allen is impressive on every front. Not only did they provide a detailed second opinion, they walk you through each and every part of it. They are responsive (including by text), straight-forward, and stand behind their work. I've found my new go-to automotive shop in Cache Valley.

Great staff at Brent Allen auto service is very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and provided great advice regarding my vehicle. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Had them service my gooseneck wheel bearings they picked up the trailer and dropped it off saved me tons of time and money. Sent a simple payment link to pay which was super simple to use and saved me time of having to swing in and pay my bill.

I just moved to the Logan area and needed to find a trustworthy place for vehicle service. I called around for brake service and was told by others that no one repaired disc brakes, they only replace them now. The folks at Brent Allen still do! They are old school in the best way with experienced technicians. My cost was less than half of what others had quoted. I will be taking my vehicle to Brent Allen from now on.

We had electrical issues two days before Thanksgiving when we were planning on going down to see Family for Thanksgiving break. They got us in that day, despite being super busy with the holidays and they were able to get the job done. They did an excellent job on the car. They were fast, and they didnt do anything without my approval, which I really liked. They were very transparent and approachable. I wish I would have gone to them sooner with my car problems.

A great shop! They are upfront and honest with what they are doing and why they recommend the any future services. They even taking the time to answer all my questions without complaint. Most important Brent Allen Auto has proven to me to be a trust worthy mechanic for my vehicles. I also like that they show pictures of any problems they find to show you what is wrong.

Took my vehicle in to get repaired. Ryan was very friendly and professional. He explained what was wrong and how long it would take to fix. Price was fairly comparable to that of other companies. Would definitely take my vehicles back.

The service at Brent Allen's is always great! Jason and his team do a fantastic job of diagnosis, communication, and repairs. They are very honest and will tell you if there is a real problem or not. I trust them with reliability on all our vehicles.

I can't say enough about the entire team at Brent Allen Automotive! I've taken my vehicle here every time I've had issues and always get a fair quote and honest and detailed evaluation of my car before they do any work. Amberlee is such a sweetheart and a treat to converse with and Brian, Mike, the whole team are awesome people. I always feel in control and well-informed when it comes to my car and they're so nice and welcoming when me and my family go in!

The kids love the vintage arcade-style games in the waiting room. My cousin recommended Brent Allen Automotive when I first moved to Cache Valley and I've been coming here ever since for nearly two years! They've done everything from front end work to the catalytic converter on my car and when my power steering went out it was under their warranty so there was zero issue getting that fixed (it was a manufacturer error) at no cost to me. Fast, efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable! I won't take my vehicles anywhere else!
