Odd experience getting connected with my key replacement technician after I called to inquire about prices, but thankfully he eventually did arrive the same evening and got key replaced and working just fine.

i had accidentally locked myself out of my apartment when taking out the trash. he arrived at my apartment less than 10 minutes after we hung up the phone when none of my building managers would get back to me or answer my calls. opened the door quickly and efficiently. only complaint is that they are a little pricey but they got the job done so no complaints otherwise. thanks

Very late on July 4th I realized that not only had I locked myself out of my apartment, I had also locked my car keys in while I had parked in a red zone with my hazards on. I was not low anxiety. I called and they answered right away, said 12 minutes. And that is EXACTLY how long it took! Oded even called on his way to let me know he was 10 minutes away. He was so awesome, so nice, so fast. This is the best locksmith company ever.

Im not someone who typically cares to write a review but Im incredibly amazed with their prompt service!! Being in such a rush to leave the house last night, I stupidly locked myself out. Of course I didnt realize this until I got back home at a late hour which was terrible. I scrambled to find a locksmith to help me out and I called quite a few companies to get estimates. Most of them gave me the runaround but Yms was prompt, to the point, no hidden costs! The technician was super friendly and arrived fast! Thanks so much, guys. Ill definitely be using your services next time Im stupid enough to make this mistake again :)
