Forgot to change the air filter (super easy and cheap) which is a big mistake. That said they were out the next day (Saturday and in the rain) and finished a complete repair quickly. This company deserves respect and my highest recommendation.

He was thorough in his explanation, showed me pictures of everything he inspected. He discussed maintenance that I could do myself and cautioned about what I might expect in the future.

Appointment time was rescheduled to later in the afternoon. The technician, Frank, arrived within the new time window. He explained everything he was doing and what he found. He didn't hurry through the diagnostic process, but spent the time necessary to check all components of the system. I would highly recommend him and would call this company again.
