Services
Water Heaters
We deliver professional water heater services designed to maintain consistent hot water throughout the home. Performance issues or system age may require timely repair or replacement. As water heaters grow older, efficiency often declines and costs increase. Our approach emphasizes dependable operation, energy efficiency, and long-term value for homeowners.
Sewer Line Repair
We provide professional sewer line repair and replacement when damage, blockages, or failures disrupt proper drainage. Our team responds promptly to restore function while limiting disturbance to your home and property. Using advanced inspection technology, we accurately diagnose underground issues. This approach allows us to complete replacements efficiently and with minimal intrusion.
Toilets
Unseen toilet issues can lead to higher water consumption and structural concerns if ignored. Components may leak, supplies can fail, and fixtures may loosen over time. Checking for water presence or instability helps identify problems early. We deliver professional toilet services, including repairs, replacements, and modern efficiency upgrades.
Water Pipe Repair
We address water pipe damage resulting from clogs, corrosion, and pressure-related stress. Drain systems often collect materials that restrict flow and weaken pipe integrity. Even small leaks can escalate without professional attention. Our repair services are performed with the proper tools to restore dependable operation.
Drain Services
Our drain services are structured to resolve backups while protecting the integrity of your plumbing. We assess the system before cleaning to identify potential damage or heavy accumulation. Blockages are eliminated using professional-grade techniques. When pipes show signs of wear or failure, we replace them to ensure consistent and reliable drainage.
Boilers
Boiler systems have earned a strong reputation for delivering steady warmth and hot water over many years. We offer specialized boiler installation services performed by experienced plumbing professionals. Our process emphasizes technical accuracy, durability, and efficiency. Every installation is carefully completed to support dependable operation and long-term satisfaction.
Faucet Repair
A malfunctioning faucet can disrupt your daily routine and increase utility expenses. Our experienced plumbers provide professional installation and repair services designed to resolve issues efficiently. We focus on transparent pricing, durable components, and skilled workmanship to ensure every faucet repair or replacement meets our high standards.
Sewage & Sump Pumps
Our sewage and sump pump services focus on dependable water and waste removal for residential and commercial properties. We install pumps in properly constructed pits that activate automatically when fluid levels rise. These systems help prevent flooding, manage wastewater, and reduce long-term damage. Every installation is completed with attention to durability and proper system performance.
Gas Services
We provide expert gas services that support safe use of natural gas throughout the home. This energy source can operate heating systems, kitchen appliances, hot water units, and fireplaces. Because gas systems demand careful handling, our team applies specialized training to every task. Gas line installation and repair remain central to our services.

Les and Charles are amazing! Our boiler was failing and they replaced it in the same week. The installation is beautiful. They are knowledgeable, professional, and so organized! We are grateful to Les for organizing his team to repair our heat quickly and near the holidays. Metcalf is local, family owned, and scheduling was a breeze. They are now our go-to plumbing service!

Very quick and very kind. Helped me to verify what was going on as a second opinion and of course both them and the people at honest Abe were right about my aquastat. Mike really took the time to hear me out and was sensitive to my obvious lack of financing. I highly recommend both him and the individual on the phone were very helpful.

Great experience. Scheduling online was a breeze; team (Mike and Jonathan) was friendly and professional and quickly took care of a really tough clog that caused the disposal to empty onto the roof. Mike gave a couple of helpful pointers on how to avoid needing to hire a professional to deal with it again.

These guys saw me pushing my car and they pulled over and got out and helped me push my car to safety. I think this one small action speaks volumes on the kind of service you can expect from them.

I had a ceiling leak from an upstairs bathroom. A section of the ceiling had to be cut open to find where the leak was coming from, which turned out to be the toilet. The wax ring was replaced under the toilet. Everything was done quickly and professionally, they cleaned up after the job and were very pleasant to work with.

I have hired Metcalf Plumbing on three occasions for various different services. In every case, Mike was prompt, courteous, very neat and worked efficiently with great skill to successfully complete each task. He came up with some creative approaches to avoid making holes in tile or drywall which was greatly appreciated. I couldnt be happier with Mike M. and the entire Metcalf staff. Even met owner who was also a pleasure to speak with.

Danielle was a person who answered the phone gave me details on how to process works. Chris was the gentleman who came out and replaced the hot water heater. I gave birth five stars as well as Metcalf. Thank you, Metcalf.
