Services
Driveway Cleaning
We deliver driveway pressure washing services that prioritize both effectiveness and surface care. Each project starts with a detailed surface assessment to determine the appropriate treatment. Specialized cleaning agents loosen embedded grime before our hot-water system completes the wash. This structured process ensures a consistent, high-quality finish every time.
Patio & Pool Deck Cleaning
Our residential patio cleaning service focuses on restoring the natural appeal of your outdoor surfaces. Weather and routine use can leave patios looking dull and neglected. We carefully eliminate contaminants using safe, effective pressure washing methods. With our dedication to quality workmanship, your patio becomes a more inviting extension of your home.
Walkway / Sidewalk Cleaning
Clean sidewalks reflect the professionalism of your business, and we are committed to helping you maintain that standard. Our team specializes in restoring concrete and paver walkways impacted by dirt, stains, and gum. Utilizing eco-friendly solutions and high-pressure techniques, we renew surface appearance while promoting long-term durability.
Window Cleaning
At AZ PowerWash Pros, we understand that spotless windows are essential to fully appreciate the stunning views and sunsets our area offers. We provide dedicated commercial window cleaning services performed by specially trained crews. By separating window cleaning from pressure washing, we ensure focused expertise. Our team delivers meticulous results that enhance the clarity and appearance of your property.
Drive Thru Cleaning
Our team delivers structured and thorough drive-thru power washing tailored to commercial properties. Oil drips, gum, and organic waste are removed using heated pressure systems and surface-safe techniques. We plan around your operating hours to avoid unnecessary interruption. Each service reflects our dedication to quality and professionalism.
Parking Garage Cleaning
We help property owners preserve the condition of their parking facilities through specialized cleaning services. Oil spots, coolant leaks, gum, and dust can quickly degrade surfaces without proper maintenance. Our heated pressure washing technology removes embedded grime, while routine sweeping keeps the area orderly, safe, and inviting for drivers and pedestrians alike.
Dumpster Pad & Grease Trap Cleaning
Keeping dumpster pad areas clean is a responsibility we take seriously. Accumulated grease and waste can lead to health hazards, unpleasant smells, and dangerous slip risks. We use hot water pressure washing to break down stubborn grime and eliminate harmful microorganisms. Our comprehensive service includes degreasing, deodorizing, and sanitizing to ensure a thoroughly maintained space.
Gas Station Cleaning
Gas station cleaning demands more than standard pressure washing, and we approach every project accordingly. By integrating biodegradable degreasers with controlled hot water pressure, we lift petroleum stains and reduce recurring buildup. Our containment and reclamation practices help minimize environmental impact while restoring a clean, professional appearance.
Graffiti Removal
We understand how damaging graffiti can be to your companys image. Our commercial removal services are designed to eliminate unwanted markings promptly and effectively. By combining advanced pressure washing systems with wet soda blasting, we achieve thorough results. We always prioritize surface protection and professional presentation.
Solar Panel Cleaning
We take pride in offering detailed solar panel cleaning that prioritizes safety and performance. Dirt layers can hinder sunlight absorption and reduce overall efficiency if not addressed. Our soft-brush methods and eco-friendly cleaners provide effective results without causing damage. With our expertise, your panels remain efficient and well-maintained.

We have used AMP multiple times for power washing services on our back patio.
Manny was friendly and thorough and did an excellent job. We have a tricky built in fire pit area with a tree that hangs over where a flock of birds has started nesting and made the area gross. It was spotless and so clean after Manny finished. We are super happy with the service and will continue to use!

On time, great work. Battery rust stains in the driveway that had been there 20 years and I doubted could be removed, were removed to my amazement. Demetrious and his boss did a fantastic job. Highly recommended, and far less than those overlay products pushed for unsightly driveways.
