I'm a new customer, but so far service and facilities have exceeded my expectations. Getting started was very expedient and hassle free. The staff is hands off and gives the flexibility and freedom to maneuver as I please when it comes to accessing my unit and using the facilities. I also like the level of security provided, so I am never worried about my property. Thank you Basic Storage!!!!!!!!

I chose this facility because it is very close to my apartment building and the pricing was competitive. The unit is great and came with some shelves already in it. Ryan was awesome and made sure everything was taken care of quickly. Very impressed so far!
