Great experience storing my items here! The rental process was super easy and the person I spoke to on the phone was super friendly and helpful. The unit was really clean when I arrived and I was really happy with the securing of the facility. Will rent again for sure.

I would like to share my experience with my new owners of Jay st storage in Rochester NY despite the slight increase in rent lol the care,consideration and professionalism is outstanding and one person in particular a beautiful lady by the name of Chris out of Missouri, takes her job seriously and she handles everyone with care she the best along with her team couldn't ask for anything more thank you .
