Second service request: John was able to get my blow motor from carrier as the part was still under warranty. Mario installed the blow motor once it arrived. Excellent customer service. First service request: John went out of his way to help fix our thermostat. I would highly recommend his services for any of your A/C needs. Honest company and affordable prices

Vibrant Mechanical was extremely responsive, came out the same day I called and had an extremely professional and informative technician by the name of Mario to come by. He explained everything to me thoroughly and also explained to me how to get the best use of my AC being that I have 3 floors. I really appreciate all the advice because no one has ever explained it to me. Thanks I highly recommend this company

Director of Sales at a walk-in cooler manufacturer:
Called them out of desperation on a Friday night for a top tier foodservice dealer and one of their top accounts. AI wasnt bad, but it was AI. John, the on call tech in Houston, called me back and sent everything electronically to get set up. He got in the phone with the customer and I because I didnt have the info, as this was after hours and I was not working. Sent me a service report right away through their automated system with a video. Got the unit up and running for the night and is coming back the next day for the permanent fix. Highly recommend if they have more techs like John. The investment in technology is highly appreciated.

These guys are epic. I have a very difficult system to get to and had called many places that basically told me tough luck. Not Vibrant. They said they'd do it and they did. They went WAY above and beyond. I cannot say enough about how courteous and professional they were. 10 Stars.
