ETA: This is the second need I've had serviced by Spartan. Devon came out today and was very honest about what he thought was wrong and that it was possible that he was incorrect. He listened attentively to details I provided and to my concerns. The price he quoted to repair a leak was $2500 less than the home repair company I called first and he was able to fix it immediately where the other company wanted to schedule 4 days out for repair.

His hunch was correct and he discovered a few other areas that were leaking and repaired them too. I feel very confident in the expertise and honesty of Devon and Spartan Plumbing. I'm never calling another plumber again. Original review: Stan Felix was very professional and efficient. He was available same day and quickly diagnosed the leak as coming from my cartridge. Stan showed me where the mineral build up was corroding my components. He provided the cost up front and performed the replacement quickly and without mess. I would recommend Stan and Sparta to others and will call again for future plumbing issues.

I use spartan because they are very professional and very helpful this my third time using them and will continue. My technician Devon very polite and professional he helped get my plumbing issues resolved. Thanks Spartan!

Our service/repair person Seth was outstanding! He was on time and kept me informed of when he would be at our house and very respectful of our property. Very professional staff that did everything that they told us they would do and the job was completed perfectly. We had a leak that needed to be repaired a.s.a.p. and they were able to work us in even though they were booked all week. Highly recommend. We also used Spartan plumbing to connect our city irrigation system and Manny was also amazing. Both plumbers were very knowledgeable and extremely friendly.

He was very good and new his business was very helpful and glad to have him over wish you could do better on the price.

I called Spartan Plumbing for a water leak in a concealed space, but could not trace it to a source. They came out, evaluated the situation and came to the same conclusion. They provided me a restoration company number, that came out and detected the leak without tearing out more wall than was necessary. I called back to Spartan and they sent out a technician, Konstantin Silin, who repaired the leak. Spartan was great because they provided the appropriate referral to minimize damage and the second technician, Konstantin, was great.

Not only was he excellent at taking care of the leak, he had phenomenal interpersonal skills, at a level that you rarely find. All in all, a great result from a bad initial situation. Much gratitude. I will call them back in a heartbeat with our next plumbing issue.

Manny was awesome and professional. He saved us a huge headache and finished fast! Very highly recommend this company and Manny specifically. Will use them again in the future if needed. Theyre the best contractors weve used since moving to Florida.

Leaky shower turned functional

I spoke with Lauren in the office about a new water heater, she was very pleasant and helpful even after the 3rd call with questions. Manny did the installation of the water heater; he was friendly, polite and did an amazing job with the installation. I would recommend using Spartan for any of my plumbing needs. Way to go team!!

Konstantin Silin is an amazing Plumber!! After hurricane Ian, he was actually working for a different company and installed my water heater and two toilets. He has since left that company and joined Spartan Plumbing... And I followed HIM!! His installations are done with care and his customer service and expertise are amazing. He is genuine, honest, gives you the facts and then backs it up with his hard work and dedication. If you are looking for a great plumber, he is the one!! Thank you Konstantin!!!

Sincerely,

Thomas was a wonderful technician. Very knowledgeable and was able to restore water to our home again on a late Saturday night.

Konstantin did an excellent job replacing an electric tankless hot water heater in our home. Last year he replaced a gas tankless gas hot water heater also an excellent installation

I recently had a two stage whole house water filtration system installed in my home. I had Stan Felix do the install. I want to commend Spartan Plumbing for the installation done by Stan. He did a wonderful job designing and installing the piping and ball valves needed for the filtration system to work properly. Stan also replaced two hose bibs at the front and rear of my home. He was very hard working, meticulous and had the knowledge required for a proper install.

His attention to detail and his cleanliness at the worksite were also great! I strongly recommend Spartan Plumbing and Stan for the great job they did on my new system. Rest assured that I will call Spartan Plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs.

Isaac is amazing. He knew how to fix our leaking shower head and saved the handle that came off instead of us needing to buy a new shower handle. Would 100% recommend.

The call was answered by Dillion and he was extremely helpful. The plumber sent was Stan and he was outstanding. Quick and the work done was first class.

My repair was not an emergency but they showed up the next afternoon and fixed the problem right then. Excellent communication on scheduling of the repair and technician was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend. Hope I never need aa plumber again but if I do they will be my first call.

Thank you once again. My first job with you were too beautiful bathroom that still look brand new, and last night my water heater stopped working, so no shower for me, you guys showed up today. And didn't sell us a new hot water heater just fixed some wires and bingo I have hot water. Under the price of three hundred dollars. Isaac did wonderful job much love to you company.

Arrived on time.handled problem promptly. Very courteous. Friendly, explained problem to me in easy to understand manner.this man deserves a raise .this man represents your company in the best possible way.

Thank you soo much Manny for fixing my water filter. Im very happy with your work experience & knowledge of what you do. I was very skeptical of calling Spartan for my problem, but when you came & did what you did, I was very satisfied. I will continue to recommend you & your company to others for sure again thank you & will continue to use your services in the future

Great job! It is so hard to find a good plumber. Seth was very professional, experienced, and very tidy. I'm so glad we finally found a good qualified plumber.

To say Im impressed is not enough. Manny was facing a tough and time consuming task but he was determined to get it done. My tub is now PERFECT and I have a new plumber for life!!!

Konstantin is one of the hardest working most laser focused diligent people I have ever had do work for me. He goes above and beyond to be certain that his work is exceptionally well done! I recommend him wholeheartedly and without any reservation!
