He was, professional, polite and very knowledgeable. He saw a possible issue and found a solution. He provided advice to prevent the issue from recurring or becoming worse. Tony is an excellent tech. He told me things about my A/C that 3 other prior techs did not even disclose to me. My system is working great. He was kind and professional and got tight to work. Also he told about some things to look out for in the future. If I ever have anymore problems or just a filter change this is the company that I will have return.
