I had a credit card on file. With the new year the expiration date had to be changed. Originally it charged me a late fee. I have never been late since having the unit. I sent an email within a timely period of paying it. Today they reversed the extra charge for the late fee back onto my account. The situation was handled quickly and effectively. Thank you! Rented a storage unit from them for 4-5 years. never had any issues at all. The area inside the builds and around the outside was always kept clean. The were fairly easy to contact and quick to respond. Would definitely refer them to anyone in need of storage.
