Pest Prevention
Our Pest Prevention program provides a detailed process for protecting commercial facilities from core pests, including cockroaches, ants, mice, and rats. We begin by assessing the structure and identifying conditions that could support activity. A tailored prevention plan follows, supported by service reports, sanitation reviews, structural inspections, and communication with key stakeholders throughout the program.
Termite Control
Our termite services focus on early detection, prevention, and effective control for homes and commercial premises. Certified technicians are trained to identify termites and other wood-destroying organisms before they develop into major structural issues. Services include termite inspection, prevention, treatment, pest control, and commercial termite control, supported by a range of effective eco-friendly products.
Bird Control
Property owners can rely on our experienced team for humane and non-toxic bird control solutions. Unwanted birds may nest or roost in ways that create unpleasant conditions and damage property, including roofs, machinery, automobiles, and ventilation systems. Accumulated droppings and nesting materials can pose serious health concerns. We assess each situation and provide an appropriate solution.
Bed Bug Control
We provide a complete approach to bed bug control, beginning with inspection and identification and continuing through treatment and infestation removal. Our available methods include heat extermination, vacuuming, chemical treatment, steam treatment, and encasement. With our annual program, facilities receive year-round protection, while our six-month elimination warranty provides continued coverage following service.
Structural Repair
Our team provides structural repair when termites, rodents, or other pests have affected a propertys wood framing or structural components. We first assess the damage, then repair compromised areas and document the completed work. Structural repairs can be coordinated with pest elimination so existing damage is addressed while active infestation is also treated as part of the service.
Sanitation Services
Certech Environmental Services offers sanitation services that address both cleanliness and the presence of harmful materials. We handle rodent droppings, bird droppings, nests, feathers, power washing, sanitized solutions, and floor drain cleaning. For properties affected by rodents, we determine where they are entering and seal those locations using materials such as concrete and hardware cloth.
Pest Control Service
Certech delivers year-round residential pest protection using scientific practices adapted from our commercial services. We recognize the importance of health, safety, and environmental considerations when addressing pest concerns. Our licensed and trained technicians understand common pest biology and behavior, including birds, bedbugs, termites, rodents, spiders, and ants. We eliminate existing issues while taking measures to prevent future problems.

Nico was extremely thorough around the entire perimeter of the yard. Took the time to check under the eaves in front of the house for wasp nests and treated. Also any ants detected all around the house and patio.. I am so pleased with the care. I hope he will be available for my quarterly pest control. Thank you Nico!

We've used Certech for almost 6 yrs now at our restaurant. We just opened a new restaurant that had horrible roach issues. They have eliminated all the roaches. We also use Certech for our home last year because of the ants. No more ants, even this year so far. The owner and staff are so great to deal with and make it easy. Trustworthy and very professional. Big shout out to Justin, Sergio, and Fermin! Thank you

We had Justin come to our apartment building to address a bed bug issue in one of our units. Certec arrived on time and after their treatment the tenant was pleased and bugs were remediated. However as fate would have it after 4 or 5 months the bugs resurfaced and Justin was quick to respond and returned in a rainstorm to retreat the unit at no cost- if you have bed bugs Certec should be on your vendor list

I called five places to remove a wasp nest and the only ones that came same day were Certech. They were fast and professional. Jose went above and beyond and texted me to check in two days later and then came back to expell some.straglers. Already recommended them to my neighbor.

The Certech team arrived on time and did all the planned work in a professional way. They went under the house and set traps. They returned this week for an inspection and will do so until we have no rodent activity. I had an intrusion from a ground squirrel and Justin came out the following day and concreted the area and solved the problem. They are a great company.
