Ghost Policy Workers' Comp
We provide guidance and processing for ghost policy workers compensation arrangements available to eligible California sole proprietors. Contractors with no W-2 employees may qualify for a zero-payroll option, subject to applicable requirements. We examine licensing, trade classification, ownership, and subcontractor information. Carrier eligibility and certificate requests are evaluated alongside current California workers compensation rules.
CSLB Contractor License Bonds
Contractor license bonding is available from us for both new and renewing CSLB licensees, with the required $25,000 contractor license bond included.
