We offer a comprehensive subacute care experience at Sierra Care, a California congregate living health facility that provides medical and nursing support 24 hours a day. Our services are intended for patients living with spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, neuromuscular conditions, congenital conditions, and other injuries involving complex medical needs. Each patient receives individualized nursing attention and recuperative treatments informed by the expertise of physicians specializing in critical care, catastrophic injuries, and rehabilitation medicine. Our multidisciplinary professionals work together to coordinate treatment and support throughout the recovery process. Their combined specialties include neuropsychology, nursing, physical and occupational therapy, speech and respiratory therapy, social work, activities programming, and registered dietetics. My husband was at Sierra Care for 18 months. I never had a complaint about anything. They all are the most professional and caring nurses and CNA's .Thank you all for taking such good care of my John. The staff at Sierra Care Clovis demonstrated kindness, compassion, expertise, integrity, and accessibility to our entire family while my father received hospice care at their facility. Before his passing, he stated, 'They are taking great care of me! On behalf of my mother, sister, myself, and our family, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to the employees for their support during this challenging period of our father's transition.

I went to go visit my uncle the other day. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Sure didn't feel like other facilities my uncle has been to. Super clean and landscape was beautiful. Such a friendly environment, I felt welcome immediately. You can tell
the staff there really cares about it's residents. Quality of care was excellence.
