Just wanted to thank David and RJ for their efficient response and service. I called yesterday morning and their customer service representative was able to send out plumbers in as little as 2-3 hours. I shortly after received a text with the name and picture of the plumber who would show up to assist me. Thats a great feature for security purposes. David also sent me a text message when he was arriving.
He assessed the situation and quickly gave me a quote, luckily for me the work was completed all in one day. This was very helpful as I did not have to schedule another appointment. Thank you again David and RJ.

I have used Henleys for several outdoor plumbing services. From initial phone call to completion of necessary work Henleys has consistently done a superior job. This last job was my main water pipe from the meter to the house. The service technicians Dom & Jose were courteous, professional, and always willing to answer my questions & concerns. I appreciate the care they took of my landscape when trenching and afterwards cleaning up the work area. You get what you pay for and Henleys delivered.

Called because I thought my water heater was broken. Within 5 minutes they knew what the real problem was, a leak, just from my description
When they came out to check my AC and Heater, they were thorough and had my best interest in mind; helped make sure replacements to my very damaged system were reasonably priced.

I called Henleys on Christmas Eve to schedule service to my home and the person who took my call was super friendly and scheduled my appointment for the morning after Christmas. I was notified of the status every step of the way. Josh helped service my issue. He was clear and transparent every step of the way and made sure to answer any questions. I recently noticed a sulfur smell coming from around my water heater and needed to get it checked out. After searching on Yelp I found Henleys Plumbing and Air. They responded to me promptly and sent David Casillas and RJ out to do a safety inspection on it shortly after. The communication was excellent throughout the process. David performed the tests and identified the source of the leak. He recommended to replace some parts that would solve the issue and bring my water heater up to code. David and RJ are very professional and did the work thoroughly as agreed upon. I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

Henleys provides top-notch service! I initially called because water was backing up into my shower from what I thought was a simple clog turns out it was a much bigger issue. David and Alejandro were incredibly professional and walked us through everything they found, even showing us the camera footage so we fully understood the situation. Within just a few days, they had replaced our water heater and installed a brand-new sewage line with a clean-out in the front yard. Everything was done efficiently and with great care. Im so grateful for their hard work and honesty Ill definitely be calling Henleys again in the future!

Vicente and CJ showed up right on time. Tested my pressure regulator, fount it was very high and needed replacement. They also tested for possible leak under my slab which was thankfully negative. Installed my shinny new pressure regulator in record time. They explained the process and were very professional. Good guys all around.
