Services
Trenchless Pipe Lining
We address sewer line damage through careful assessment and repair methods selected for the property's conditions. Our trenchless capabilities include resin-cured pipe lining and pipe bursting, allowing many repairs or replacements without continuous excavation. Supporting services such as hydro jetting, rooter work, and drain cleaning are also available. We provide excavation and replacement when necessary.
Drain Cleaning
When household drains become sluggish or completely blocked, we provide targeted cleaning solutions based on the condition of the plumbing. Our technicians use suitable cabling equipment to remove obstructions and hydro jetting when appropriate. Recurring problems may require an internal camera examination. We explain the results and offer guidance on reducing the likelihood of future blockages.
Main Water Line Replacement
Selecting appropriate replacement piping is an essential part of addressing water service failures associated with corrosion. We discuss available pipe materials and their suitability for local soil conditions before proceeding with installation. Our work includes assessing the existing service, arranging necessary permits, and installing the replacement through trenchless boring or traditional trenching methods.
Leak Detection & Repair
Identifying the cause of a plumbing leak is the foundation of our repair process. We assess water meters, exposed pipe connections, and other indicators to determine where water may be escaping. For isolated problems, we provide targeted repairs when feasible. If aging galvanized piping is responsible, we evaluate replacement options to address the underlying deterioration.
Water Heater Installation & Repair
As a locally operated plumbing company, we install and service water heaters throughout Lane County and neighboring communities. Our experience includes conventional storage tanks, modern tankless systems, and hybrid heat pump equipment. We are familiar with local utility providers, including EWEB and NW Natural, and can identify applicable rebates. We also offer guidance on installation expenses and operating efficiency.
Water Filter Installation
Our approach to residential filtration considers both the composition of your water and the condition of your plumbing. We help determine whether a point-of-use filter or a whole-house treatment system is appropriate. Installation may involve sediment filters, carbon units, or additional treatment equipment. We complete necessary plumbing connections and provide information about ongoing equipment care.

We would highly recommend Precision Plumbing. They did a great job of re-plumbing our older house over a year ago. When we have any plumbing issues at either of our houses we call them and they respond quickly, professionally and are nice to work with from the phone call through completion of the job. Josh has crawled under our shallow crawl space with a smile and gets the job done.

Roy at Precision Plumbing came to our home, assessed the plumbing issue to be addressed & completed the work within an hour. No drama, no upselling just a friendly & professional approach to resolve our needs. Refreshing to say the least! We appreciated his approach & work so much we requested that he address another long-lingering issue & he returned in a couple days to complete that job as well. We are happy customers who know exactly who to call for any future plumbing needs!

I had an apparent water leak outside near my back door, the water meter indicated a 10 gal/hour leak. Montana with Precision Plumbing arrived within an hour of my call. He immediately noticed a hose bibb 20 feet away leaking a slow, steady stream. The water had run underground, under a concrete slab and surfaced 20 feet away. Tightened down the hose bibb handle and verified the leak had stopped by checking the water meter. Thanks Precision, I'll definitely use you in the future.
