You can really tell the quality of a company when it comes to fixing a warranty issue. In this regard, Josh from A&M quickly assessed the situation, formed a plan of action and executed it all the while being present to oversee the trades. We continue to be pleased with our interactions with A&M Premier Roofing.

This was an excellent experience. I don't often write reviews, but I felt this review was necessary. I needed a new roof, and prefer to work with Veteran owned companies as I am a disabled Veteran myself. I have also been in construction management for many years, with actual experience in running a roofing company. From that perspective, I want to say that the A&M Premier team were very professional, did excellent work, fully cleaned up after themselves, and were in-and-out in one day. They did what they said they would do, treated me right, and the price was reasonable and within the budget that I had estimated for. If you need a new roof, get these guys to do it.

This was a great experience for my husband and I. From the first visit with Jeb, Sales Representative, to the completion of the project with Production Manager Noel everything went very smoothly. The crew arrived at 6:30 a.m. started the process and worked together to get the roof completed by 1:00 p.m. including cleanup. We highly recommend A&M Premier Roofing for your needs. There were a few unexpected costs regarding a couple of osb boards and he got with his manager to help us out.
Then there is Josie, she is the rep who introduced me to A&M and she helped me with every step.
I am extremely pleased with my service this far.

Very helpful dealing with insurance claim and outstanding quality install. We would recommend them to everyone looking to repair or replace there roof. All measures taken to make sure that any damage was repaired before install!!!

The first day everything was fine. However the following days there was no supervisor and the workers could not understand or speak English. The siding looks good but it took longer than expected. I also happened to see that two contractor sized screw containers were missing. They were left over from the ramp construction. Would not consider this company again.

Noel kept me informed during each phase and thoroughly answered any questions I had. The crew did outstanding work and did not stop until the job was completed. They interacted with my insurance company, sending pictures and discussing my coverage with the agent. Everything was handled efficiently and timely. A&M Premier just finished replacing our roof and we could not be happier with the service we received throughout the whole process. From the first moment, Stephen explained everything in detail and was always available to answer my questions. We have been approached by other roofers prior, but Stephen didnt make us feel like it was another sales pitch. He was dedicated and polite and we knew we made the right choice.

A couple months later, we have a brand new roof! Our production manager was Monterro and he was amazing! He was very friendly and very transparent about any issues that came up (pricing, additional costs). He was available throughout the day and kept us informed.

Delivery of materials was prompt (the day before) and the crew showed up bright and early the next day. They worked tirelessly throughout the day and the next day. I was very impressed that they were all polite, hardworking, and most of all, they really respected the property and the surrounding areas. The cleanup was great and they made sure everything was picked up.

I cant thank A&M Premier enough for their hard work throughout this project! I would recommend them to anyone looking to get their roofs replaced!

Everything went well with our roof installation on yesterday 6/2/25. The workers were very professional and did an awesome job protecting personal property. Their Production Manager Cody Johnson was awesome and was very active and visible onsite to ensure that everything went well and kept us informed of anything that we needed to know. It was a great experience overall and I'm sure we will be using A&M Premier Roofing & Construction for other projects that we are considering. Cody and his team did a fantastic job on our new roof. They were able to come through on a short timeline during the holiday season which we really appreciate. The warranty delivered speaks to the confidence they have in their product and expertise. When issues arose due to skylights not fitting properly, Alexi was understanding of our situation and worked with us to find a solution that didnt cost us more than we anticipated along with ensuring a quality installation. I would recommend this company and team to others in the area looking for a reliable company on a big commitment project.

These guys were great! First off they took such good care of us all the way from the first meet up. Dealing w/ the insurance company and all the beginning stages were a breeze. The day of the roof replacement we were greeted by the production manager and the original sales rep which made us feel like our business truly mattered to them. The crew did a phenomenal job and took great care not to damage anything on my property while also making sure the area was spotless afterwards for my dogs safety. Roof looks pristine!! Cant say enough nice things about this company. Theyve earned a customer for life!

I recently had A & M Premier Roofing & Construction complete a large project on my house, and I'm incredibly happy with the results. The scope of work was extensive: replacing the entire roof with a beautiful standing seam metal roof, custom fabricating chimney caps for both chimneys, painting the entire exterior of the house, and refinishing and repainting an interior vaulted ceiling due to damage from several previous leaks (different roofing company had installed only 12 years ago).

From the beginning, the sales process was exceptional. Cody and Nick were incredibly knowledgeable and patient, answering my numerous questions (admittedly, there were a lot with such a large project!). While the insurance claim wasn't an option, and A & M's bid wasn't the lowest, the positive reviews and thoroughness of the team inspired me with confidence in their quality.

This confidence proved to be well-founded. The roofing crew were incredibly thorough in prepping the roof for the new metal roof. This gave me peace of mind, especially considering the prior leak issues I had experienced. They ensured everything was properly flashed, addressing those past problems and giving me confidence that my roof will be watertight for years to come. Also, the painters were fantastic. They invested significant time preparing the surfaces before repainting. I was so impressed that I would hire them again in a heartbeat! The final product is great, and I've received countless compliments from neighbors on how great the house looks. There was a minor issue when the painting crew accidentally damaged a section of the yard and irrigation system next to the driveway; however, they responded quickly and ensured everything was properly repaired.

The one area for improvement would be communication. While the office staff was readily available to answer my questions and resolve any concerns, the flow of information regarding next steps could be smoother - I think this is due to the scope requiring different crews and multiple parts of the business involved. Additionally, I found myself having to review the detailed work scope with the crews on arrival as they weren't always fully briefed. Overall, these were minor bumps in an otherwise impressive project. A & M Premier Roofing & Construction delivered exceptional quality work, with a fantastic team that prioritized customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them for any roofing or renovation project!

This roofing company is the best!! I usually run everyone off. Zach was genuinely kind in explaining what he wanted to do. I was pleasantly surprised with each interaction. From 1st initial contact with Zach, to Darienne, Onna, Wendy and to the last contact with Alexi!! They were prompt, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. A&M handled all the paperwork for me. The roof crew with Lester, took time & ultimate care to preprep and cover all areas to prevent damage to my property, such as my flowers, garden, siding and deck. They quickly removed the old roof, put on the new one and thoroughly cleaned the property. They also took all the waste and debris with them. It was a truly pleasant experience. Thank you!! The A&M team are great! They make replacing your roof easy. The sales team coordinated with my insurance company, got me scheduled fast. The crew that did the work was even faster. They finished in one day, cleaned up very well and even worked into the night. Could not have been happier.

Jodi from A&M made this process quick and easy, he helped to ensure my insurance company paid for what they should have, which was my biggest concern. He took the time to check in on the process and made an extra trip out to ensure the adjuster was seeing the correct damage.

The scheduling process was quick and easy and the roofers were respectful and cleaned up well.

New roofing is perferctly even and there is no leaking even heavy rain after they installed. The cleaning near house afte they done job was great. Thanks the all crews who is sale representative, customer relations specialist, and production manager and all crews.

Company did a good job. The roof looks good. There are no wavy or crooked shingles. The construction crew was efficient. We asked them to come back and drag the magnet around to get some remaining nails and they came back the same day. They were on site for inspection and handled a lot of communication with the insurance company.

I cant complain. As far as I can tell the roof looks good and was installed properly.
