We had multiple companies evaluate our project and selected Eric at AEI Decon to do the work and we are extremely pleased. We had a pretty extensive decontamination job that needed to be done for the sake of a home. Eric took extra time to educate us the the process and gave us options to help minimise our costs. Other companies were pushy and tried to use scare tactics to force us to use them. He was by far the most educated on the process and how to create a solution of the 3 companies we got proposal’s from. We expected his pricing to be significantly higher due to his professionalism but we surprised to find out his proposal was about 20% less than a he others.

This is two months overdue but We loved working with Eric. He answered every question we asked and had solutions that saved us money without sacrificing the remediation needed. Spent two hours with us on his initial visit and was a calm reassuring voice that was so very much needed at a time where emotions were strong and concerns great. Eric was super great to work with - very friendly and very professional. He was willing to look over the mold tests we had done by a different company and give us his take over the phone. Eric is absolutely amazing. A true professional and knowledgeable. When our home received a false positive for meth from our home buyers inspector, we obviously were shocked and freaked out. Eric answered my many questions and came to retest our home quickly even though he had an extremely busy schedule. It was so appreciated and he was able to confirm there was no meth residue in our home and clear our home so we could continue with our home sell. Eric is a stand up guy and takes appropriate precautions to insure his meth test samples are not contaminated, so that you can trust his tests are accurate. If it wasn’t for Eric, we would have paid close to 20k for our home to be decontaminated. With over 8k of that going to his company for the meth decontamination work. This goes to show Eric is in this business not for the money but to help people. Seriously amazing. Thank you Eric!

I found Eric Wright who owns and runs AEI to be super helpful in answering all of my many questions about the mold mitigation process and very responsive to my concerns. He was personable and kind, and he provided an estimate for his services which was less expensive than 2 other bids I received. In my experience, he was honest and put my needs as the client first and foremost and he acted as an advocate for me rather than acting in the best interests of a corporation which could have earned him more money and additional business. He went above and win what he did for me. I really appreciate him and would highly recommend him!

Eric, was so kind and helpful when I called about my rental. He went over another labs test results that were not calculated correctly and took the time to review all of the calculations and tests to ensure our house was not over the legal limits. Not sure where to begin. Nate was amazing! I was in the process of selling my home when an unexpected test came back positive. I had received a quote from the company the buyer recommended and was quoted pretty high. I decided to google search and AEI Decon popped up first with great reviews! I texted Nate on a weekend and he got back to me and was very friendly. He explained the process and gave me a better quote (half the price of the other)!!! My buyer's were uncertain about going with someone else. I asked Nate for help and he reached out to them and answered any questions and concerns they had. He did everything in a timely manner and kept me informed. He definitely went above and beyond to meet my needs without ever charging me "extra" fees. The amount he quoted, was the amount I paid. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future if needed.

Top notch and knows what he is doing. Nate was very kind and thorough. He helped with deciding the best course of action for some mold in a home my client was interested in purchasing. We ran into a very unfortunate experience with a renter in my Mother in law apartment smoking meth without my knowledge, while living upstairs with my 5 year old. we listed our house for sale, and had a meth test done and it came back at toxic levels and affected the sale of my home. My home had to be completely remedied before I could sell. I did my research on Meth Decontamination companies and went with AEI because Nate was amazing, understanding and compassionate about our situation. He made it as quick as painless as possible, very fair on price and went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend his company. Many others charge way more, but why pay more when you can get the best results and customer service from AEI. Thanks again Nate!

I was referred to Nate by our home inspector after some low mold/dust issues came up in pre-purchase inspection. Nate came out for a free consultation to look at the space and made recommendations for things we could do to improve the air quality by piggy backing on another project we already had planned (so no revenue to him).
