I am a new widow navigating a stressful plumbing issue. I met with Nick. He was the 3rd Plumber I was meeting that day. From the start he was friendly. Shook my hand. Asked what the problem was. I said I had a slow leak from the meter to my house but had no idea where it was. He explained how we could handle this issue. This is the 4th or 5th leak I have had! I decided to go for the full replace. It would be guaranteed for 15 years. So I did. Tripp and Nick showed up and both were professional, friendly and polite. They did an excellent job. Tripp went so far to get rid of the big black spider right next to my shut off valve in my basement! Goes above and beyond. After the repair they reseeded and laid down straw!

This is our second home located in Archdale, NC. We had a list of repairs that were needed: sewer pipe replacement, mysterious leak in our basement ceiling, and an outside faucet that was vibrating. We received several quotes on the work. We cannot begin to describe how impressed we are with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing as a company and the quality of work they did. Getting the lowest price was not our objective, however, they were Thousands (!) of dollars lower than the competition and their warranty was unbeatable. Our technician, Jeff, was superb. Professional, friendly, & diagnosed and repaired ALL our plumbing problems quickly. He explained everything very clearly and offered us options on the repairs. November 2025 Sebastian Grundseth put in a new hot water heater for us tonight. He went above and beyond to get it done today since my husband and i are both teachers and it is tough to be out of school. His dedication to our project was immensely appreciated.

While visiting my Uncle in Kernersville, they had a running toilet and a leak at the base of it. We use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing where I live, so I suggested calling them. They arrived right on time, diagnosed a worn flapper and bad wax ring, and gave us a clear quote before starting. The repair took less than an hour, left no mess, and fixed the problem completely. Gave a fair price. Highly recommend!

Jeff and Tripp were amazing!! My water heater died after almost 19yrs, it was leaking all over the garage floor. They came out the same day I called them and told them the water heater died. I upgraded to a tankless water heater. They were super knowledgeable and got me hot water the same day! I would definitely recommend!

I have used Benjamin Franklin 3 times in the last month during a home repair. Nick and Jackson were my technicians. The communication was impecable, I was kept informed of arrival times, costs and options. If there was a need to repair more, it was discussed, costs reviewed and other options. I can not describe how informative and professional they were. Fixed all of my needs. I would recommend them to anyone that wants a job done correctly. I don't think they are the cheapest but they are the best. I loved the communication!

I recently had a water heater installed inn my attic by Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, and I am very satisfied with the service provided. The technician Nick Gaines was professional, punctual, and clearly knowledgeable about the installation process, especially given the challenges of working in an attic space.

We had a leaky faucet in the downstairs bathroom. Sebastian came in with in the hour of the call and evaluated the situation. Which was not just a leaky faucet, but we also needed a water heater replacement. Sebastian was so thorough and so quick. He came back the next day to installed the new system. He replaced the faucet, the original problem and the service was finished very quickly..

Sebastian Grundseth was the most professional and nicest home service professional I’ve ever dealt with in my 45 years. Our son flushed something down our toilet and it was extremely difficult to pinpoint what was going on. Sebastian found it pulled the toilet and fixed it. He was very honest very professional told us exactly what’s going on and fixed the issue. If it wasn’t for him, we could’ve been taken advantage of. thanks Sebastian for everything you did! Every family has different things and challenges they deal with at home, not having to worry about being taken advantage of and a huge unnecessary repair bill helped is out more then he will ever know. Nick and Sebastian repiped my home to replace all of the old quest pipes and were a pleasure to work with! They were kind, cleaned up any mess, and were very helpful with any questions I had. The ease of scheduling, and the communicating were fantastic. Once Jeff got here, he took a look at the problem and had a solution, along with an estimated repair cost within 5-10 minutes. Jeff worked efficiently to get our pipe repaired, replaced the hot water overflow and did some light concrete demo and repair in less than 90 minutes. He was very polite and professional as well.

We can’t say enough good things about Chris! Replacing our hot water heater ended up being more complicated than a simple tank swap, but Chris went above and beyond. He took the time to figure out exactly what needed to be done, gave us multiple options, and worked hard to get it all finished surprisingly fast.
Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, but he also took the time to explain safety info and answer all our questions thoroughly. On top of that, he was just a genuinely great person to have in our home—friendly, personable, and respectful. He was so sweet to our 8-year-old daughter (and even joked back with her!) and was kind to our dogs too, even though they were gated away. Little things like that really meant a lot to us.
If you’re looking for someone who knows their stuff and truly cares about their work and the people they’re helping, we highly recommend Chris.

My main water line broke and a "river" was flowing across our concrete driveway., tearing up the drive was not an option. Tunneling under was expensive and put the line in danger of tree roots again.
Chris came to offer options and had a great idea to run a new line around the driveway and connect at a new place under the house. 811 came to mark the utility lines and I "freaked out". The new line would cross the utility lines in several places!
I called Chris to cancel and he assured me he could do it by hand digging where needed. A crew showed up 30 min earlier than planned and 8 1/2 hrs later we had water and no cables cut...they put down grass seed and Chris came back 3 days later to check on the work and put down straw.
They are not the cheapest but none of the estimates were "cheap".
If you want a guaranteed quality repair you get what you pay for and I highly recommend them.

Chris Freeman not only fixed our kitchen sink and the plumbing but went out of his way to ensure everything was done to our standards. He even fixed our outside faucet which we didn’t mention until he had got here however, he did replace and fix it properly. We asked about a veterans discount and his company honored that as well. You can’t get better service these days anywhere and look forward to using him in the future. Thanks Chris!!

I had my small home re-piped to replace all the old polybutelyne pipes which had been recalled many years ago. Chris spent a lot of time evaluating every aspect of the existing plumbing and gave me a great quote for the work. We set up an appointment to do the work and Chris showed up right on time that morning, and had the entire house re-piped before 5:00 pm, including replacing the tub and shower faucet, spout and head.
