Rusch Design Build made our main floor renovation an amazing experience! From the initial meeting right through to completion everything was communicated transparently. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Tawnya on the design details and we love how our new space evolved to meet our unique needs and vision. Having that level of support was so helpful when there are so many choices out there. The carpenters were so good and kept the space very tidy throughout. We highly recommend Rusch if you are looking to work with a fun and creative team.

We engaged Rusch to complete a renovation of our kitchen and living room which they completed on budget and exactly on schedule. They were dream contractors: respectful, communicative, talented, and dealt with any hiccups/issues calmly and effectively. We did a lot of research before hiring Rusch and heard from many vendors, customers, etc. that they keep to their schedule. We were skeptical, but our biggest wish was to be back in our kitchen for the holiday season. They delivered on this and so much more. We love our renovated space - they made our vision come to life and made the process almost painless. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

We hired Rusch for a kitchen and powder room renovation. From the earliest ice-breaking conversations to design meetings through to having Rusch employees and sub-contractors on-site, we had a professional and customer-centric experience from start to finish. When issues arose, the team was sensitive to our concerns and solutions-focused. We are thrilled with our new kitchen and would recommend the conscientious team at Rusch for home renovation and rejuvenation projects.

ARK (Accessibility for Kids) Society is a charity that eases the daily life of children with mobility challenges by providing zero-cost modifications and renovations to their family home. Rusch Design Build partnered with ARK to build a specialty bathroom that allows the mom and daughter to shower together as the daughter has multiple seizures per day and it is unsafe for her to shower alone. Rusch designed and constructed the bathroom at less than 50% of retail cost. The end product is beautiful and the family is so thankful to have this renovation to make life easier for them. Rusch Design Build were great to work with and did high quality work in a timely manner. We look forward to working with them on future projects. Sue Trefry - ARK Co-Chair and Project Lead.

We worked with Rusch Design to do an entire main floor remodel to our home. The remodel included everything from an entirely new and remodeled kitchen and entryway, new flooring, knock down ceilings, windows & structural changes, addition of pot lights in every room, new electrical panel and painting. Deciding to do a major home renovation is one of the biggest financial and sometimes emotional decisions that we have to make. Choosing a contractor that you can trust and who shares in your vision is critical. After interviewing 4 or 5 different firms, we met with Oliver & Tawyna of Rusch Design and right away we knew that they were a step above everyone else.
We really liked that Rusch acted as a turnkey contractor and were able to handle everything from design, procurement and construction.
The end product exceeded our expectations. We couldn't be happier.
Key highlights:
- Adherence to schedule and budget
- Excellent quality
- Excellent communication. Calls and emails were always answered promptly. Brad our construction manager was on location multiple times a week and if there was ever a concern or questions it was often addressed in person.
- Excellent change management. Anything that deviated from the original contract was addressed with a detailed change order which outlined costs and any potential schedule impacts.
- The work site was kept clean which was especially important as we were living through the renovation.
We wouldn't hesitate to work with Rusch again.

It was important to me to find a renovator that I could build a comfortable relationship with for the transformation of my Lake Sundance home.
After an exhaustive search for that renovator, I chose Rusch Design Build…and never for a moment have I regretted that choice! Phillip, Oliver, Tawnya and the entire Rusch Team were the perfect “partners” in my renovation project. From their design ideas and selection of finishes to the construction and last-minute alterations, Rusch listened, communicated and were considerate of my ideas and needs. The workmanship and attention to detail, under Phillip and Oliver’s watchful and critical eyes, resulted in an end-product beyond anything I envisioned or could have done on my own. On top of all that it bears mentioning how clean they kept their construction site / my home!
All those horror stories involving disastrous home renos and unscrupulous renovation contractors makes finding a contractor with the integrity, dependability and thoroughness of Rusch Design Build feels a little like winning the lottery.
If you are looking for a trustworthy partner to execute your home renovation project, you need look no further than Rusch Design Build.

we had to replace the stucco siding on our house due to bird damage with vinyl siding and two old windows that were not up to standard. The quality of the materials and the workers was exceptional and clean up after the jobs was always the last thing. We have used Rusch Design before and highly reccommend them for quality of work and excellent workers. They tell in advance the estimation of costs and stick to those numbes.

Rusch built our beautiful custom home a few years ago. We had an excellent experience with Philip, Oliver, Jeff and the entire team. The staff were professional and you can tell they truly care about their projects. Communication from start to finish and even after finishing the house was top notch. With every new house there will be small things needing adjustments and fixing, and Rusch was always there to get things done. We really value that as they are a building long lasting relationship. Highly recommended if looking to build your custom home.

Rusch did a major renovation of our condo in the spring of 2022, pretty much gutting it. We used them because they came highly recommended by two of our old neighbours that had them do home renovations. Rusch completed the job on time and on budget. They handled everything, including dealing with the management company. Very easy people to work with. An excellent eye for detail. They did many little things above and beyond their scope of work (thoroughly washing down the outdoor deck prior to our moving back in, cleaning the inside and outside of appliances before reinstalling them, installing picture railings) that spoke to their commitment to quality work. A great experience. I recommend them without hesitation.
