Zack with Prime Appliance came out quickly Friday to look at my dryer. He diagnosed the problem and told me he would be back Monday to complete the repair.
He got back today and for the installation and repair, cleaned up and was on his way.
I'll definitely call him on our next appliance problem.

Great overall experience! We discovered a gas leak on our stove last week, and he was able to come out on very short notice. He quickly assessed the issue, sourced the necessary part, and had everything repaired in no time. I can only say great things. My washing machine was down for quite some time Zack came on a Monday and provided me with a diagnostic, after this he ordered the part the same day and waited on the part to come in. It arrived on a Wednesday. He completed the work within 30 to 45 minutes!
