Leatherman Golf Learning Center

Leatherman Golf Learning Center has been Charlotte's premier golf practice and learning destination since 1999. Our state-of-the-art facility offers a double-decker driving range with Trackman technology, putting/chipping greens, sand traps, and 34 Power Tee stations. Led by PGA Class A Professional Chris Leatherman, our certified instructors provide private and group lessons for all ages and skill levels. The fully stocked pro shop features major brands, custom clubs, and team apparel with expert fitting and repair services. Our family-friendly 18-hole miniature golf course with waterfalls and native landscaping provides affordable entertainment May-October. We maintain seasonal Bermuda grass tee areas and offer daily combo specials pairing range balls with craft beers.

As Charlotte's #1 stand-alone driving range, we partner with Sirius Power for solar energy solutions and the National Junior Golf Association to support youth development. Our facility includes 10 elevated hitting stations and 10 private covered bays, with lighting for evening play until 30 minutes after closing. We provide demo clubs, club fitting, and repair services in-house by certified technicians while hosting charity events like the annual Linda Jochim Golf Classic that raised $10,536 for Homes for Our Troops. With flexible hours including extended evening access Monday-Friday, we serve both serious golfers seeking improvement and families looking for recreational activities.
