Services
Metal Stamping
Larsen's precision metal stamping leverages over 60 presses ranging from 25-1000 tons with speeds up to 400 strokes per minute. We handle miniature to large parts using progressive dies, compound tooling, and in-die hardware insertion. Our capabilities include material thicknesses from 0.005 to 0.500 inches across steel, aluminum, and specialty metals.
Metal Fabrication
Our fabrication services combine Amada lasers, turret presses, and press brakes with skilled operators to produce precision parts. We offer welding, machining, and finishing with tolerances maintained through AIAG PPAP and Lean Six Sigma processes. Capabilities include parts up to 144x72 inches with secondary operations like hardware insertion and texture finishing.
Powder Coating
Our eco-friendly powder coating system eliminates iron phosphates while achieving precise color matching and finish textures. With automated curing and controlled environment application, we handle parts up to 36x30x42 inches. Quality assurance includes eight inspection measures per order and compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
Engineering Prototyping
We provide full-cycle prototyping from design through production validation. Our engineers use CAD systems to optimize manufacturability while maintaining strict quality controls. This includes first article inspections, FMEA analysis, and capability studies to ensure production readiness.
Welding
Our certified welding team performs MIG, TIG, and spot welding for both high and low volume applications. We support complex fabrications with multiple welded components using robotic and manual systems. Quality verification includes weld procedure specifications and production sample analysis.
