Absolutely have used them for over 25 years, always an easy interface. I believe the real test comes when the problem is difficult and the solution does not work. Deena in the office worked hard to bring expertise and the visits necessary to solve a stubborn ant problem. The take away fir me was they remained committed to being sure the problem was fixed and I the attitude was positive and caring.

Amazing service!!! Ron from United Pest is a celebrity in our household (not joking). Not only did he save us from a sewer fly infestation and the plumbers not doing the work correctly (which Ron caught); Ron also saved us from a carpenter ant issue just in time before we had a serious infestation.
