Pipeline Spheres
Maloney Pipeline Spheres are precision-engineered rubber components for liquid displacement, product separation, and signal actuation in pipeline systems. Our compression-molded spheres feature thick-wall construction for extended wear life in meter prover loops and hydrostatic testing applications. Available in multiple materials including neoprene, nitrile, and polyurethane compounds for temperature ranges from -29C to 162C.
Series III Detectors
Series III Detectors provide bidirectional detection in pipeline and meter prover systems using mechanical plunger technology. These stainless steel detectors operate up to 1440 PSI with Teflon-sealed shafts for reduced friction and NACE-compliant corrosion resistance. Designed for adverse conditions, they feature pressure-balanced shafts and field-replaceable microswitches with 0.001-inch trip accuracy.
Line Markers
LineMRKR markers offer zero-maintenance pipeline identification with high-visibility dome heads for buried pipeline applications. QuickSnap models enable rapid installation on metal posts while Phantom splice stations provide discreet test point access. Constructed from durable HDPE materials, these markers meet DOT standards for pipeline and transmission line visibility requirements.
Casing Insulators
Model 60 and Model 90 casing insulators provide non-metallic protection for steel pipe applications. Injection-molded from virgin HDPE, these insulators combine mechanical strength with chemical resistance. Available in standard and custom sizes, they prevent metal-to-metal contact while accommodating movement in casing pipe installations.
Cementing Plugs
High-temperature cementing plugs with phenolic or aluminum cores create positive wiping action during well cementing operations. Available in multiple rubber compounds for varying well conditions, these plugs feature color-coded tops for easy identification. Standard sizes range from 2-3/8" to 13-3/8" casing diameters with specialized configurations available.
