Are you open after regular business hours?
We have regular hours Monday-Friday 7:30am-6pm, Saturday 8am-1pm, and Sunday 12pm-5pm. For after-hours emergencies, we partner with Veterinary Emergency Group and Animal Emergency Hospital of North Texas.
What boarding options are available?
We offer basic and platinum dog boarding packages with multiple daily walks, and cat boarding in separate 'kitty condo' suites. Diabetic boarding includes insulin administration. Reservations are recommended well in advance for holidays.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, Apple Pay, major credit cards, Care Credit, and Scratch Pay financing. Payment is required at the time of service for all veterinary care and boarding.
What are your vaccination requirements for boarding?
Boarding pets require current rabies, DHPP, leptospirosis, bordetella, fecal exam, and heartworm testing for dogs; rabies, FVRCP, FeLV, and fecal exam for cats. Documentation must be provided before check-in.
