For dedicated dancers aged 5-18, our competitive teams offer advanced training in choreography, technique, and stage presence. Two program levels challenge students with regional competitions and intensive rehearsals. Teams foster teamwork, accountability, and artistic expression in a supportive environment.

AcroArts-certified instructors teach safe tumbling progressions that build strength, flexibility, and confidence. Classes balance technical skill development with creative expression. Students learn cartwheels, handsprings, and advanced tricks while emphasizing proper form to prevent injuries through our sprung floor system.
