Anthony installed a sump pump in my daughters crawl space and did an excellent job. Let me know when he would arrive and was prompt. Explained everything as he was installing it and was very personable. Also did a good cleanup. I would highly recommend him!

Had frozen pipes on 12-22. They were able to fit me into their schedule. Had a window time of 12-2 and got a call from Lynette to tell me the technician was on his way at 1:00. Angelo arrived a put on booties so he wouldn't take in the snow!
Angelo explained in detail what he was going to do and the cost. He discovered there was also a cracked pipe that was leaking water. He showed me a picture of the problem and he was able to repair that and also the frozen pipes!!! I will definitely use Golden West again!
