We opened our first location in 1954 within the historic Tivoli Brewery, establishing a foundation of authentic Mexican flavors. In 1974 we transitioned to our current Kalamath Street address, expanding our menu to include signature dishes like chili rellenos and green chili. Over the past 70+ years, we have consistently delivered highquality ingredients, handcrafted margaritas, and a welcoming atmosphere. Our familyowned restaurant prides itself on meticulous preparation, using timetested recipes passed down through generations. We have earned multiple local awards, including Best Green Chili and Best Mexican Restaurant from Denver Magazine. Our commitment to client satisfaction drives us to offer free kids meals on Tuesdays for families and to tailor service to every guests needs.
