Services
Polyurethane Foam Roofing
Our polyurethane foam roofing creates a seamless, durable barrier with R-7 insulation per inch. Elastomeric coatings protect against UV damage, while closed-cell foam prevents water penetration. This sustainable system lasts a building's lifetime, offering energy savings that offset maintenance costs through reduced utility bills.
Roof Restoration Coatings
Commercial-grade coatings extend existing roof lifespans by 8-10 years. We apply urethane, silicone, or acrylic coatings that reduce surface temperatures and petroleum distillate migration. These systems amortize fully in year one, providing cost-effective alternatives to complete re-roofing projects for asphalt, metal, and single-ply systems.
Foam Insulation
Closed-cell foam insulation achieves R-values twice that of open-cell alternatives in under two inches. It forms an air barrier while resisting moisture, making it ideal for new construction. This high-performance solution completes building envelopes in exterior walls, delivering superior thermal efficiency compared to other insulation materials.
Roof Repairs
We handle urgent roof damage and routine maintenance for all systems. GPS-monitored service teams bill hourly with no commissioned sales pressure. Most repairs complete within hours, while beyond-repair scenarios trigger free estimator dispatches for replacement solutions tailored to your property type.
Shingle Roofing
Customizable shingle roofing solutions for residential properties. Our experts guide material selection from multiple options to match aesthetic preferences and climate demands. Designed for durability in Las Vegas' extreme heat, these systems balance traditional appearance with modern performance requirements for homes and small businesses.
