Our Volga German sausage recipe originates from the village of Kukkus in Russia's Volga German colonies, perfected by the Ohlberg family since 1928. Joe Renna's grandfather brought our mild Italian sausage recipe from Italy nearly a century ago, using 100% lean pork and special seasonings.
