Founded in 1977, Chicago Family Health Center (CFHC) has evolved into a trusted network of six community health centers serving thousands of Chicagoans annually. With over 200 dedicated staff members, we provide comprehensive medical, dental, and behavioral health services to more than 30,000 patients each year, prioritizing underserved populations on Chicago's South Side.
