Questions
What vaccinations are required for services?
Dogs must have current Rabies, DHLPP, and Bordetella vaccinations. Influenza vaccination is optional but recommended. Proof of flea and heartworm prevention is also required for service eligibility.
Can I access webcams to check on my dog?
Live webcams operate daily from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM PST, showing playgroup activities at scheduled times: 10am, noon, 2pm, 4pm, and 6pm for puppy park sessions.
What are late pickup options and fees?
Late pickup is available until 9:00 PM daily. Fees apply: $35 for standard late pickup (7-7:30 PM weekdays) and $80 for premium late pickup (extended hours).
How does the dog assessment process work?
All dogs undergo an interview to assess group compatibility. Unaltered dogs receive special monitoring. Alternative 'Stay Your Way' options exist for dogs not qualifying for standard group programs.
What items should I bring for boarding?
Provide your dog's food and medications. We supply bowls, blankets, and beds. Personal toys and blankets from home may get lost or damaged, so we recommend leaving them at home.
