Do you ship products outside the United States?
Due to import/export restrictions, we currently only ship within the continental United States.
How are meat products kept fresh during shipping?
All meats are flash-frozen and packed in insulated boxes with ice packs to maintain temperatures below 41°F during transit.
What are your restaurant hours?
Our restaurant serves lunch and dinner Monday–Thursday 11AM–8PM, Friday–Saturday 11AM–9PM, and is closed Sundays.
Can I order custom sausage blends?
Yes, we offer custom sausage creation using traditional Austrian recipes or your preferred flavor combinations for special orders.
Do you accept P.O. Box addresses for shipping?
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses due to perishable shipping requirements.
