Established to spread traditional Japanese principles of mind-body unification, we offer training in a traditional dojo environment for all ages and abilities. Our certified instructors, with 10-40 years of teaching experience, maintain ongoing certification through Ki Society HQ in Japan. We emphasize daily application of Ki principles to improve quality of life through incremental positive changes. Our community-focused approach includes free classes in Lahaina following disaster recovery efforts. With locations in Honolulu and Maui, we serve diverse populations through structured programs for adults, children, and special events. Our mission centers on helping individuals cultivate calmness, energy, and productivity through mind-body-spirit integration. The organization maintains affiliations with both the Northwest Ki Federation and Ki Society HQ in Japan. We operate as an all-volunteer organization committed to accessible wellness education. Services
Ki Development
Ki Development teaches mind-body unification principles through structured practice. Our program helps students cultivate inner calmness and physical strength while improving daily decision-making. Participants learn to apply these principles to enhance personal and professional relationships through incremental lifestyle changes.
Ki-Aikido
Ki-Aikido instruction focuses on conflict resolution without physical confrontation. Students practice techniques that redirect energy rather than meet force with force. This martial art emphasizes mental discipline and spiritual awareness alongside physical techniques for self-defense and personal growth.
Personal Kiatsu
Personal Kiatsu sessions combine physical therapy with energy work to activate natural healing processes. This practice addresses both physical discomfort and emotional stress through targeted pressure techniques and mind-body awareness training for improved overall wellness.
Children's Ki-Aikido
Our youth program develops focus, discipline, and confidence in children through age-appropriate Ki-Aikido instruction. Students learn conflict resolution skills and positive habits that support academic performance and social development through structured, engaging martial arts training.
