Sheet Metal Fabrication
Our comprehensive sheet metal fabrication capabilities handle materials up to 0.5" thick with tolerances of 0.015". We offer shearing, laser cutting, bending, welding, and assembly services for aerospace, defense, and industrial applications. Secondary finishing options include deburring, electropolishing, and painting.
Precision CNC Machining
4-axis CNC machining centers produce complex components from metals and plastics with 0.001" tolerances. We work with steel, aluminum, titanium, and composite materials to create precision parts up to 40" x 30" x 20". Capabilities include milling, drilling, and surface grinding.
Metal Stamping
