Dear Brian,
You cannot imagine how much E loved the neon sign. He just couldnt believe it. It is wonderful. I just wanted to let you know how good your work is. Also, when I picked it up, some of your employees showed me around a little and answered questions for me on how the signs are made. They were extremely courteous to me. Thank you for a very nice experience. Im sure you will see me again.
