Our original caramel recipe remains our bestselling product, complemented by over 20 additional flavors developed over decades. Our caramels are slow-cooked in copper kettles using all-natural ingredients to ensure consistent quality and flavor. After Tom & Carol retired in 2012, the business was acquired by a dedicated team committed to maintaining our high standards. In 2015, we merged with B.T.McElrath Chocolatier, combining expertise in caramels, popcorn, and chocolate.
